Enrique Rosario has over thirty (30) years of experience handling every aspect of immigration law. Mr. Rosario obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and - later in his career - a Master of Laws ("LL.M.") in Public International Law and International Organizations from American University.
He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987 and has been practicing ever since.
