Ian V. Gallo, Esq.

Mr. Gallo received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Upon graduating from Temple Law School, Mr. Gallo joined a regional law firm in their South Jersey location where he handled title litigation, subrogation issues, and litigation concerning real property.

Thereafter, Mr. Gallo was a partner at a law firm in the Philadelphia Suburbs. His practice focused on complex real estate litigation, handling title litigation claims on behalf of insureds, representing settlement agencies and real estate brokers in various actions, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), business formations, real estate development, and complex consumer fraud actions.

Mr. Gallo also handled a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits working with a team of other attorneys.

Mr. Gallo presently handles immigration cases (affirmative and removal defense), criminal defense matters, real estate related litigation, and personal injury matters.

Mr. Gallo resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
